What started as a small food stand near the Tijuana border grew into one of Fresno's most trusted Mexican kitchens. Our founders brought recipes from their grandmother's table — dishes that had been perfected over decades of Sunday gatherings and weekend markets.
Every morning, our team visits local suppliers to select the freshest seafood, produce, and proteins. We make our tortillas by hand, simmer our salsas from scratch, and treat every order like it's for family. That's the standard we set for ourselves — and the reason our neighbors keep coming back.
